Allstar Recordingz Entertainment is an independent collective & label like no other in the current wave of emerging acts looking to break into the core of the grime scene which was established in the mid part of 2008. The collective which consists of FLN (Artist & Manager), Rampage Studios (Sound Engineer), REC (Artist & Producer), Clixx (Artist & Producer), KR Saviour (Producer) & Renegade (Artist).
This collective is continuously improving in terms of its artistic quality. Not only do they specialise in the genre of grime, but they also can switch up or down to any tempo making them a very unique act indeed.
Allstar Recordingz Ent have currently have 3 releases on the label, which include Controlling The Booth Vol.1 by Rampage Studios, Nearly There EP & a myspace single entitled Goin’ On Cold by REC, with many more to come in the very near future. Despite the lack of status in the grime scene Allstar Recordingz Ent are to be taken very seriously with an ever increasing work rate and an aim to be one of the most respected collective to emerge from the grime scene.
You may have also caught a glimpse of the members on such DVD’s as Hungry Spittaz and festivals such as Southwest Fest this clearly shows the intent from the collective.
As regards 2009 and beyond the future looks very bright for this young but slowly maturing talent with videos, singles, mix cd’s & albums on the horizon it looks like Allstar Recordingz could be the next to break into the grime scene. They also have a blog and a youtube channel of their own which will keep listeners informed on news and updates so it would be wise to keep your eyes peeled or you could get left in the past.
